Branched chain amino acid systhesis (ALS ro AHAS) inhibitor. Acts by inhibiting biosynthesis of the essential amino acids valine and isoleucine, hence stopping cell division and plant growth. Nicosulfuron is selective systemic herbicide, absorbed by the foliage and roots.

Branched chain amino acid systhesis (ALS ro AHAS) inhibitor. Acts by inhibiting biosynthesis of the essential amino acids valine and isoleucine, hence stopping cell division and plant growth.
Nicosulfuron is selective systemic herbicide, absorbed by the foliage and roots, with rapid translocation in xylem and phloem to the meristematic tissues. Selective post-emergence control in maize of annual grass weeds, this product is a vegetable oil suspension usually using industrial-grade corn oil or soybean oil as a solvent. It has good quick result; weeds begin to change color 5-7 days after application. And the persistence is good.

  • Maize treated by organophosphorus reagent is sensitive to this product. The interval should be about 7 days. And the product can be blended with pyrethroid to use.
  • Efficacy is not affected if spray after six hours of raining, and re-spray is not needed.
  • MRL in maize is 0.02mg/kg.
  • Avoid direct sunlight. Separated from seed, fertilizer and other herbicide to place, and stored in low temperature and dry place.
